Quantor Labs Pro (“App”, “we”, “us”) is a personal budgeting
application for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, why, and the choices you have.

1. Summary
On-device budgeting
Accounts, transactions, budgets, and preferences are stored locally on your device. There is no account sign-up.
Optional online features
Markets prices, AI Assistant, analytics, remote configuration, and attribution may use the internet.
2. Information we process
2.1 Local financial data (on your device)
- Accounts, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, and related notes you enter
- App preferences (currency, onboarding state, notification toggles, assistant sharing preference)
- Practice simulator balances (not real money)
This data stays on your device unless you choose to share context with the AI Assistant (see below) or you back up/transfer the device yourself.
2.2 Device and usage identifiers
- App-generated device identifier used for product features and, when configured, link parameters
- Advertising / attribution identifiers where permitted by the platform (for example Android advertising ID)
- AppsFlyer ID and related attribution / conversion metadata
- Technical diagnostics typical of crash and performance tooling provided by the OS or SDKs
2.3 Information sent when you use online features
- Markets: public cryptocurrency price requests to a market data provider (no personal budgeting ledger is required for price fetch)
- AI Assistant: if you allow sharing, relevant financial context you choose to send so the assistant can answer; if sharing is off, only general prompts are sent
- Firebase: Remote Config fetches and Analytics events
- AppsFlyer: install / attribution and related conversion data used for measurement and, when applicable, deep-link / campaign parameters
3. How we use information
- Provide budgeting, markets, assistant, and simulator features
- Configure the App remotely (for example feature flags and launch routing)
- Measure installs, campaigns, and product usage
- Improve reliability and fix issues
- Respond to support requests sent to support@quantorlabs.pro
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests
(analytics, security, attribution), and/or consent (for example optional assistant sharing or advertising identifiers where required).
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Google Firebase — Remote Config and Analytics
- AppsFlyer — mobile attribution and measurement
- AI model provider (Groq or successor) — only when the Assistant feature is used
- Market data provider (e.g. CoinGecko) — public market price requests
- Service providers that host this privacy page or support infrastructure
- Authorities when required by law
6. Retention
Local budgeting data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
Analytics and attribution partners retain data according to their own policies and retention settings we configure.
7. Your choices
- Turn off Assistant financial sharing in Settings
- Limit advertising / tracking identifiers in Android system settings where available
- Delete local data from Settings (where provided) or by uninstalling the App
- Contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International transfers
Our processors may process data in the United States or other countries.
Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
